Three to four weeks is ideal for larger events, though we regularly support clients on short notice — including same-week needs — thanks to our deep staff pool.
Every team member completes our onboarding program and receives ongoing training in service, food handling, and etiquette. Captains mentor on-the-job to reinforce consistency across venues.
